“THE OLD FASHION WAY”: I will apply a simple bandage over the tattoo. This bandage will cover the fresh tattoo for at least 6 hrs or you can leave the bandage on over night and remove and clean the following morning. 

Once the bandage is removed

• Clean with a gentle, non scented soap & warm water & pat dry with a clean towel.
• Wash at least once a day & Keep the tattoo dry. 
• After a few days, the tattoo will appear dry and flaking. You may begin applying a gentle moisturizer at least two times daily for 3-4 weeks. 
• After three weeks the tattoo will be completely healed. 

“SECOND SKIN”: The second skin will be applied immediately after the tattoo is finished. Depending on the level of trauma to the skin, you may only need one bandage. A heavy tattoo may require two. 

After the bandage is applied

• leave the S.S. on the skin for 3-5 days. 
• Once you decide to remove the S.S. take the bandage off under running water. Do not remove dry. 
• Take your time & the bandage will come off the tattoo. 
• Once the bandage is removed, clean with a gentle, non scented soap & warm water & pat dry. 
• Wash at least once a day & keep the tattoo dry for at least 2-3 days.
• After a few days, the tattoo will appear dry and flaking. You may begin applying a gentle moisturizer at least 2 times daily for 3-4 weeks. 
• After 3 weeks the tattoo will be completely healed.
